Logistics Analyst

Blewstream is looking for a Logistics Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting the logistics team regarding order management processes, inventory transfers and marketplace orders.

Location: 26 Bay Road, St. James, Port of Spain, 16 Orange Grove Rd, Tacarigua (Trintoplan Compound), 14- 16 Turney Street, San Fernando

Employment Type: Full-Time, Hybrid

Role Overview

Support core logistics and order management processes across inbound/outbound shipments, inventory transfers, returns, marketplace orders, compliance workflows, and fulfilment operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Inbound labelling, documentation, and receipts in ERP/logistics systems
• Inventory transfers between warehouses and fulfilment centres
• Returns processing and issue escalation
• Marketplace order administration and partner coordination
• Internal shipping requests and fulfilment support
• Quote-to-cash order setup and transaction accuracy
• Chargeback case tracking and documentation
• Inventory/order claims investigation support
• EPR & recycling compliance data tracking (domestic + international)
• Maintain operational documentation and provide status updates

Requirements

• 2–3 years logistics / supply chain / operations experience
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Exposure to ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
• Detail-oriented and process-driven
• Strong communication skills
• Organized, proactive, comfortable in fast-paced environment
• Collaborative mindset
