Position: Local Director

We are currently seeking a reliable and proactive Local Director based in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines to support our corporate operations and regulatory processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the onboarding of the company with third-party providers, including:
• Banks
• Cryptocurrency exchanges
• Payment service providers
• Manage communication and documentation with external partners during onboarding processes
• Oversee and coordinate reporting obligations to local regulators and supervisory authorities
• Ensure smooth execution of compliance and administrative processes
• Support the company in maintaining local corporate presence and operational readiness

Requirements

• Availability and responsiveness to ensure efficient progress through onboarding and regulatory processes
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Previous experience in a similar director, compliance, or corporate services role will be considered an advantage
• Familiarity with financial institutions, payment providers, or regulated environments is welcome
