Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Loans Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating loan applications, assisting clients through the lending process, ensuring compliance with company policies, and delivering excellent service. This role requires strong analytical skills, integrity, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and process loan applications in line with company policies.

• Verify client information, supporting documents, and eligibility.

• Explain loan terms, conditions, and repayment requirements to clients.

• Maintain accurate records of all loan transactions.

• Follow up with clients to ensure timely repayment.

• Work closely with other departments to resolve client queries.

Requirements

• Previous experience in lending, banking, or finance preferred.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

• Ability to work in-office full time.
