Loan Application Specialist (MBJ) Must Have Sales Experience

Loan Application Specialist needed to work onsite in MBJ (Must Loans and Sales Experience)

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Loan Representative to join our team. The Loan Representative's primary responsibility is to communicate with customers via inbound and outbound phone, email and text messages to assist them in completing the application process. As the first point of contact with our customers, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service by answering queries, assisting with applications and ensuring an overall positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong problem solving mindset and the ability to handle high call volumes and sensitive customer information with accuracy and confidentiality 

Requirements:

• Government issued ID (Passport, Driver’s License or Voter's ID card)
• NIS
• TRN
• Birth Certificate
• Proof of Qualifications - At least four (2) CXCs including Accounts and English Language
• Typing Speed Requirement 20WPM
• Must be able to handle High Call volumes 
• Communicate with customers via inbound and outbound phone, email and text messages to assist them in completing the application process.
• Experience with loans in the BPO industry or otherwise is required
• Sales experience is an asset, but not required.
