Full-Time | On-Site or Remote
Stanbrook Prudhoe is an ambitious, independent law firm specialising in complex and cross-border disputes and advisory work across the Pan-Caribbean region. From our offices in the Turks and Caicos Islands, the Cayman Islands, and Guyana, we serve clients throughout 15 Caribbean jurisdictions, working closely with leading onshore counsel in London, New York, and other major legal centres. We are not a branch office of a larger network — we are a modern, purposeful practice founded on the conviction that offshore clients deserve onshore-calibre service.
Our practice spans complex commercial litigation, corporate and fiduciary work, real estate development, restructuring and insolvency, and company management. Clients and referring partners consistently choose Stanbrook Prudhoe for our responsiveness, transparency on costs, deep local knowledge, and the high standards expected of leading international firms.
We are looking for a Litigation Paralegal to join our team in Providenciales. This is a full-time position either based at our main office at Third Floor, Graceway House, Graceway Plaza, Turks and Caicos or potentially remote provided it is from a jurisdiction in the same or similar time zone.
The Litigation Paralegal provides essential procedural, organisational, and administrative support that enables our lawyers to deliver timely, accurate, and efficient legal services. The role is central to the smooth running of the firm's litigation practice and to maintaining the firm's standards of professionalism, reliability, and service.
You will work primarily with the litigation team, with occasional support to our corporate and commercial practice, across the TCI and the wider Caribbean. You will operate within defined authority limits and be expected to recognise when issues require escalation to a supervising lawyer.
To ensure transparency from the outset, this role does not include providing legal advice or exercising independent legal judgment, communicating substantive legal positions without instruction, or performing duties that are a substitute for lawyer supervision or decision-making. It is not a general administrative role without legal context, and it is not exempt from the firm's professional, confidentiality, or behavioural standards.
Your effectiveness in this role will be assessed against the following key performance indicators:
At Stanbrook Prudhoe, every member of the team — whether a lawyer, a paralegal, or part of our business services team — is valued and empowered to contribute. We offer a collaborative, non-siloed working environment, professional development opportunities, and the chance to be part of a firm that is building something distinctive in the Caribbean legal market.
