What you’ll do
Execute dishes to spec with speed, consistency, and care
Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and station organization
Work collaboratively with chefs and kitchen team
Handle prep, service, and closing duties efficiently
What we’re looking for
Previous experience as a Line Chef / Chef de Partie for minimum 2 years
Strong knife skills and understanding of kitchen flow
Ability to work under pressure during busy service
Punctual, disciplined, and team-oriented attitude
