We’re looking for a skilled, fast, and disciplined Line Chef who can hold a station, execute clean plates under pressure, and take pride in consistency.
If you know your fundamentals, respect the craft, move with urgency, and thrive in a busy service environment — we want you.
What you bring:
• Minimum 2+ years experience as a line chef or similar role
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques (grill, sauté, frying, prep)
• Ability to work a station independently during service
• Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene, and FIFO
• Calm, focused, and efficient under pressure
• Team-oriented with a professional attitude and strong work ethic
