Liaison & Compliance Officer

A leading Quick Service Restaurant Group, operators of internationally recognized brands such as Burger King, Popeyes, and Little Caesars, is inviting applications for the position of Liaison & Compliance Officer within the Purchasing & Supply Chain Division.

The successful candidate will serve as a vital link between Restaurant Associates Limited (RAL) and the Lydford Warehouse, ensuring efficient coordination of inventory management activities while maintaining strict compliance with Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) standards. This role demands a highly organized and detail-oriented individual capable of upholding operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and strong communication across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with AEO security and safety standards across all inventory management processes.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure the warehouse’s adherence to AEO regulations regarding storage, handling, and transport of goods.
  • Act as the liaison between RAL and Lydford Warehouse, ensuring efficient communication and the timely resolution of discrepancies.
  • Monitor, document, and report on inventory activities, supporting transparency and traceability of goods.
  • Participate in physical stock counts and support AEO-related documentation and audit requirements.
  • Provide training and support to warehouse and purchasing teams on AEO compliance standards.
  • Submit weekly and monthly reports on warehouse operations, stock counts, and audit outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least one (1) year’s experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with supply chain and warehouse management systems.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and under tight deadlines.
