Leisure Air Associate

The Leisure Air Associate is primarily responsible for booking air travel for Sandals and Beaches clients which involves liaising with all international airlines to action all schedule changes.

Leisure Air Associate

The ideal candidates will be primarily accountable for efficiently and accurately booking, ticketing, selling and/or rescheduling air packages while providing exceptional customer service to internal and external callers.  Must be able to offer guidance in identifying itineraries; determining destinations, travel dates and cost for air reservation. 

Must be able to handle a large volume of calls and must provide accurate and updated information. The ideal candidates will be expected to maintain a current understanding of other departments’ operating policies and procedures in order to make accurate decisions and proper recommendations to clients. 

 Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 5 O’ Level or CXC subjects, including English  Language and Mathematics.
• At least one year experience in a similar position within a call center environment.
• Superb problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to offer creative solutions.
• Previous customer service and or tourism experience sector would be an asset.
• Must be an excellent oral and written communicator.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Team oriented with the ability to work on own initiative and with minimum supervision.
• Experience working with the Amadeus, Galileo and/or Sabre Global Distribution Systems would be an asset.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends and public holidays.
