The Legal, Governance and Compliance Assistant provides administrative, compliance and customer service support as well as research and analysis of a variety of governance and compliance matters.
The Legal, Governance and Compliance Assistant acts as support staff to the Legal, Governance and Compliance Department. The position provides administrative, compliance and customer service support as well as research and analysis of a variety of governance and compliance matters to ensure compliance with regulations, rules and laws that the Company and its subsidiaries are subject to. The Legal, Governance and Compliance Assistant is expected to organize, manage, and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, and efficiency for the Stakeholders, Board, Committees, Branches, and Subsidiaries.
