Lecturer-Environmental Science (Part Time)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidates should possess the following academic qualifications:
- M.Sc./MPhil in Environmental Science or similar specialization
- a PhD in the specialized/equivalent area is preferred
- Experience in teaching and curriculum development at the undergraduate/postgraduate levels in a higher educational institution
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Preference will be given to individuals with the necessary knowledge, skills, and competency to teach the practices and processes associated with best practices in the area. The candidate must demonstrate clear evidence of productivity in scholarly and/or creative output and a commitment to research. He/She will offer teaching through various means, including lectures, practicals, small group tutorials, problem-based learning, and 'e-learning' initiatives, and will be expected to innovate in each of these areas.
