  • Laboratory Technologist ( Gaming & Applied Artificial Intelligence)
 
The Laboratory Technologist is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and testing computer-based hardware and software that will be used in the delivery of laboratory content.  He/she will assist in the day-to-day activities as it relates to the smooth running of lab activities.
 
Requirements: 
 
The preferred applicant should possess: 
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Studies, Gaming or Applied AI or equivalent qualifications
  • Post Graduate certification
  • Knowledge of specialized software which is used to support lab sessions
  • Sound knowledge of occupational health and environmental safety procedures, especially as it relates to laboratory organization and management
  • Specialized training in computer hardware and software maintenance
  • Good oral and written communication skills; troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques
  • Ability to carry out minor repair on equipment
  • At least two (2) years’ experience in a related job involving multimedia and instructional techniques
 
Our compensation package includes a contributory pension scheme, health coverage and a group life insurance scheme.
  • Salary range: Band 7 - $3,501,526.00 p.a.- $4,709,163.00 p.a.
