Phase 3 Productions is seeking a skilled LED Video Technician to join our full-time technical team. This role supports the setup, operation, and maintenance of LED screens, video switchers, and auxiliary display systems across corporate events, live entertainment, and broadcast productions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, rig, and strike indoor and outdoor LED screens
• Set up and assist with video switchers, processors, and signal routing
• Configure and manage confidence monitors, TVs, projection, and other display systems
• Handle LED panels, frames, cabling, power, and data distribution
• Assist with testing, calibration, and troubleshooting of video systems
• Work closely with video, lighting, staging, and rigging teams
• Load, unload, maintain, and care for LED and video equipment
• Support warehouse prep, rehearsals, and live show days

Requirements

• Proven experience with LED screen setup and breakdown 
• Working knowledge of video signal flow, switchers, and display systems
• Comfortable handling power, data, and basic networking for video systems
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights
• Strong attention to detail, safety, and show quality
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours as required

• Experience with LED brands and processors (Absen, Analogway, NovaStar)
• Familiarity with video switchers and playback systems
• Rigging or truss experience
• Broadcast or live production experience (minimum 3 years)
