LAUNDRY DRIVER

Responsible for safely and efficiently delivering and collecting linens, uniforms, and guest laundry. Ensures accurate handling, timely service, and coordination with hotel departments while maintaining safety, organization, and excellent customer service.

As a Laundry Driver, you are responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate delivery and collection of linens, uniforms, and guest laundry. Your work ensures smooth coordination between the laundry and other hotel departments.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Previous experience in driving or delivery roles preferred.

• Good knowledge of local traffic laws and safe driving practices.

• Physical ability to lift, load, and unload laundry items safely.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently while maintaining efficiency and reliability.

• Professional communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Familiarity with laundry operations and procedures is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the hotel’s laundry vehicle safely for deliveries and pickups.

• Collect and deliver clean and soiled laundry, ensuring proper handling and labeling.

• Maintain accurate delivery schedules and records.

• Report any vehicle or equipment issues promptly.

• Support laundry operations with loading, unloading, and occasional equipment use.

• Provide courteous service to staff and guests.

• Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and security policies.
