🏆Open roles:
• Kitchen Stewarding Supervisor / Safe Serve Trainer – overseeing stewarding operations across multiple outlets while leading food safety and sanitation training
• Kitchen Stewards – supporting daily kitchen cleanliness, dishwashing, and back-of-house organization
🏆Key requirements (vary by role):
• Previous experience in stewarding or kitchen operations; supervisory experience for senior role
• Strong knowledge of kitchen sanitation and food safety standards
• Safe Serve / Food Safety certification (or willingness to obtain) for Supervisor role
• Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Physically fit and detail-oriented
💰Salary and benefits:
Stewarding Supervisor: $28,600/ year
Kitchen Stewards: $18,000/ year
$1,000 service charge per month
