The Key Account Sales Representative manages and grows relationships with key clients, builds long-term partnerships, drives revenue growth, ensures customer satisfaction, and achieves sales targets.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Regularly reviews the assigned region to build new customer relationships, expand the customer base, and drive sales growth.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with key cutsomers. 
  • Monitor account performance, sales metrics, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, warehousing, accounting, customer service) to meet client needs.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Maintain accurate records in Point of Sale system.
