ATL Automotive is actively seeking to hire a Junior Technical Trainer, to provide specialized support and consultation to the dealers within the region, focusing on product technical problems to achieve quick resolutions to problems.

Junior Technical Trainer


Core Responsibilities:

  • Administer online & face-to-face training courses for Aftersales and Technical staff.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the Hub’s performance on key performance indicators for all aspects of training.
  • Support and follow-up with dealers for Technical Campaign execution, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Identify product quality-related issues and provide feedback to appropriate supporting channels and follow up until issues are satisfactorily resolved.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to improve dealers’ technical competencies and repair quality according to the manufacturer's quality standards and repair instructions.
  • Effectively support dealers' workshop team members.
  • Drive improvements in overall service levels, transactional efficiencies, and cost management.
  • Provide on-site regional technical support and training for dealers when required.
  • Homologation Checks & Follow Up.
  • Ensure manufacturer training targets are achieved.

Qualification and Experience Required:

  • A minimum of 3 years of technical working experience.
  • Training Experience is beneficial.
  • Mechanical and Electrical Diagnostic exposure.
  • Technician certification, Premium Brand Certification is a PLUS.
  • High Voltage Technician Certification.
  • A Valid Driver’s license.
