The Junior Marketing Officer supports the Sales & Marketing team in the development, implementation, and monitoring of marketing campaigns. This role involves assisting with market research, digital and offline marketing activities, and promoting the company’s products to increase brand awareness and support sales objectives. The Junior Marketing Officer works closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and the marketing team to ensure strategies are executed effectively.
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to promote company products and services.
Support initiatives aimed at improving brand visibility, customer engagement, and market reach.
Analyze marketing activities and provide insights to support continuous improvement.
Contribute to achieving sales targets through effective marketing support.
Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content for social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity.
Assess SKU pricing and profit margins on a weekly basis and recommend strategies to improve margins and overall profitability.
Support the development of marketing materials including brochures, presentations, newsletters, and promotional content.
Assist in organizing and executing promotional events, campaigns, and product launches.
Monitor marketing campaign performance and prepare reports on effectiveness and outcomes.
Maintain and update customer databases for marketing and communication purposes.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to support promotional initiatives and lead generation activities.
Assist with the management and tracking of online advertising campaigns.
Support budget preparation, expenditure tracking, and marketing performance reporting.
Respond to customer inquiries and engage with prospective clients under supervision.
Contribute creative ideas to enhance brand awareness and drive sales growth.
Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned by the Chief Marketing Officer.

Experience with data analysis, reporting, or pricing analysis is an asset.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail, especially in pricing and performance analysis.
Creativity and willingness to contribute ideas.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic marketing tools/software.
