Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyse financial, actuarial, and prudential submissions from life and reinsurance entities
• Support reserve reviews, capital assessments, stress testing, and risk analysis activities
• Participate in meetings, on-site reviews, and ongoing engagement with insurance companies
• Assist with research and analysis on emerging trends within the life reinsurance market
• Contribute to process improvement, automation initiatives, and development of analytical tools
• Prepare reports, presentations, and technical findings for internal stakeholders
• Provide actuarial insight and support across a variety of business and operational projects

Qualifications & Experience

• Professional actuarial designation such as FSA, FIA, FCIA, CERA, or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years’ actuarial or life insurance/reinsurance experience
• Strong understanding of life insurance products, risk management, and capital frameworks
• Knowledge of risk-based regulatory or solvency frameworks such as Solvency II or similar regimes
• Experience with actuarial modelling and analytical tools including Excel, Python, R, Matlab, or similar
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional environment
• Previous experience within financial services, insurance, reinsurance, or consulting preferred
