Junior Customer Service Representative

Applications are invited from qualified persons for the position of Junior Customer Service Representative at our Mandeville Service Centre.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls in an effective and efficient  

    anner and consistently provide prompt, reliable and courteous service to external and internal customers.

• Provide effective and efficient administrative support for the sales team and

            ensure that policy applications and supporting documents are processed on a timely basis.

• Compile weekly production (written business) reports for the branch and dispatch to the Sales Administration department within the specified time frame

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Five (5) subjects at the CXC General Proficiency level with Grades 1 or 2 or GCE Ordinary level with Grades A, B or C including English Language and Mathematics or another numeric subject.
2. At least two (2) years’ working experience.
3. Thorough knowledge of Branch operations.
4. Sound working knowledge of Office Procedures and Practices.
5. Thorough knowledge of the Company’s products and services.
6. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
7. Excellent telephone manner and skills.
8. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and relevant software applications.
9. Meticulous, courteous, co-operative, team-oriented
