Junior Accountant

This position will provide support to the accounting department by managing daily accounting tasks.

What you will do?

• Record and process journal entries to ensure accurate documentation of all business transactions.
• Update financial data in accounting databases to maintain accuracy and support timely access to information.
• Review and post credit sales invoices and customer receipts in a timely manner.
• Prepare bank reconciliation statements for company accounts.
• Maintain well-organized and accurate financial records for audit readiness and reporting purposes.
• Utilize Sage 300 accounting software for daily financial operations and reporting tasks.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal controls, company policies, and relevant accounting standards.
• Provide support for various accounting projects and assist in financial analysis as needed.
