To Oversee the Food and Beverage department as well as the Front of House department with responsibility for Staffing control, Standard Operational Procedures.
Manage, oversee, train and develop team members in all departments that fall under Rooms supervision
Oversee the operations of the hotel including managing Guest complaints
Support and work with all Heads of Department with respect to Rooms Division and Food and Beverage
Ensure the property is in operative conditions as per category of the unit to receive and serve guests
Ensure SOP Implementation in all departments and check the same during routine operational checks
Monitor manning for all departments ensuring that staff numbers are maintained relative to occupancy levels
Ensure health standards, operational standards and safety standards are enforced and monitored consistently
Monitor staffing against occupancy levels on a daily basis, ensuring strict adherence
Hosting Operational and strategic planning meeting with heads of departments for optimal performance and quality management
Work closely with the Bar Manager and Restaurant Manager in increasing sales and ensuring the smooth operation of the Food & Beverage outlets.
Work closely with the Head Chef on menu planning, Quality Control and food cost percentage.
Manage all SOP's in all areas with regard to implementation and updating.
