About the Job

We are currently hiring Outbound Sales Representatives!

The Outbound Sales Representative is responsible for proactively generating new business opportunities through outbound communication channels, primarily telephone outreach. The role focuses on identifying client needs, presenting appropriate solutions, and successfully closing sales to contribute to the organization's revenue goals.

This position requires a strong emphasis on lead generation, pipeline management, and customer relationship building. The Outbound Sales Representative is expected to maintain high levels of productivity, meet predefined sales targets, and deliver consistent, high-quality interactions that align with the company’s customer engagement standards.

As an Outbound Sales Representative, You Will..

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients.
  • Identifying customer needs and communicating the client's value proposition.
  • Successfully convert leads into sales.
  • Manage and develop your own diary, schedule call-backs, and future opportunities.
  • Working with weekly KPIs and targets.
  • Call leads from a database list and conduct research on potential prospects.
  • Utilise CRM and data entry systems.
  • Generate sales opportunities through outbound telemarketing campaigns.

As an Outbound Sales Representative, You Have..

  • The ability to work on site at our amazing campus!
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on active listening.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends, as required.
  • Strong outbound calling and selling skills, with the ability to manage objections and close sales effectively.
  • Ability to embrace change
    • Navigate ambiguity and adapt to unexpected changing directives with a positive attitude
  • Manage high-profile and sensitive contacts with confidentiality
  • Strong sales background or sales aptitude
  • Knowledge of customer product(s)
