Requirements and Skills:

• Over 6 months contact center experience
• Outbound Sales cold calling experience
• Experience in any Telecommunication/ AT&T campaign is an advantage.
• The candidate should have excellent communication skills and able to manage their time well
• The candidate should possess soft skills, be driven, team player, optimistic and goal oriented

Responsibilities

• Contacting prospective B2B customers by initiating outbound phone calls
• Identifying sales opportunities
• Understanding and promoting the company’s products and services
• Working closely with the Technicians
• Meeting monthly sales goals
