The Crew Member is responsible for providing exceptional guest service and support, while working closely with the Restaurant Managers and other Crew Members to maintain operational standards and procedures. This position has direct interactions with Guests and members of the field operations team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greets guests with a smile, receives orders, processes payments, and responds appropriately to customer issues.
  • Support restaurant sales targets by delivering exceptional customer service and adhering to brand standard of operations.
  • Operates cash register or point of sale devices, as needed, and uses value-added suggestive-selling techniques to generate additional sales opportunities.
  • Verifies the accuracy of guests’ orders.
  • Prepares and packages food and drink products.
  • Cleans kitchen area, counters, food preparation areas, utensils, dining room, restrooms and exterior grounds.
  • Maintains health and safety standards in all work areas.
  • Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed.
  • Performs duties at multiple workstations (e.g., front counter, Drive-Thru, prep boards, expediter, etc.)
  • Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.
  • Follows BURGER KING®/POPEYES®/LITTLE CAESARS® standards of operation, uniform and grooming standards and policies.
  • Works to resolve issues that may arise in the restaurant in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Learns team effectiveness skills; works with others to achieve team goals.
  • Responds to guests’ needs in a professional and polite manner.
  • Communicates in a positive manner with customers, peers, and managers.
  • Assist in other related areas of work based on the needs of the team and any other area as necessary in support of Company activities.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Basic Computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite)

QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE:

  • Three O’ Level passes including Mathematics and English A.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a Customer Service environment.
  • An acceptable combination of academic qualifications and work experience may be considered in lieu of minimum requirements.

 

PHYSICAL/MENTAL ENVIRONMENT:

  • Physical Demands: Standing, lifting of light items.
  • Environment/Hazard Demands: Exposure to cleaning agents, hot and cold environment.
  • Travel Demands: Moderate requirement, ability to travel to various locations for activities or training sessions.
