Our client is seeking to recruit a Business Development and Institutions Specialist


Must have a reliable working vehicle and a valid Driver's License

 

SALARY: $14,000.00 Base & $3,500.00 Travelling

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Target all key health care professionals at institutions to understand product
movement including but not limited to Doctors, Pharmacists, and Clerks. Identify
product and supply gaps and fill accordingly.
 Provide knowledge and market intelligence on the portfolio to all key
stakeholders.
 Liaise with personnel to understand stock and supply. Provide solutions if
needed.
 Build advocacy with KOLs for current molecules on the award and new
molecules/disease states where an opportunity may exist.
 Work with the Regional Manager to develop a sales strategy for the institution
market segment.
 Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and provide timely
feedback to the Management Team in an organized format.
 Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions and conferences.
 Host Cottage Meetings with Doctors, Pharmacists, and any other relevant
stakeholders.
 Promotional resource development and enhancing sales techniques of the Medical
Sales team.
 Any other related duties.


QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

 BSc. Degree in Pharmacology/Sciences or Relevant Field

 Three years’ experience as a Medical Sales Rep
 Proficient in MS Office – Excel and PowerPoint intermediate level.
 Proficient in presenting to an audience.
 Any other specialized training in Sales/Marketing would be an asset
 Valid driver’s license
 Vehicle in good working condition
 A valid Trinidad & Tobago Passport
