Personal Assistant to Company Directors

Pioneer Chocolate Co. Ltd. located in Williamsfield, Manchester is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Company’s Directors in both professional and personal capacities.

Salary: $2,000,000 gross per annum

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will be efficient, with excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate the needs of the Employer. Due to the nature of the role, the candidate must be comfortable with driving and possess a valid driver’s license.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating and overseeing various tasks and projects
  • Act as a liaison between the Employer and other team members
  • Attend to personal tasks and errands of the Employer
  • Drive the Employer to meetings and events as required
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings and events
  • Manage phone calls, emails and correspondence
  • Handle administrative tasks such as drafting, editing, filing and printing documents
  • Coordinate travel logistics, including flights, accommodations and ground transportation
  • Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of Company vehicles
  • Ensure effective time management and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
  • Proactively identify and address challenges or obstacles to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Proficient driver with a valid driver’s license
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Discretion and trustworthiness are essential due to the nature of handling confidential information
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities
  • Due to the confidential nature of the position, a 6-month probationary period will be required

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 2 years experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
