 JOB SUMMARY:

As an Ethics & Compliance (E&C) Senior Officer, you will be customer-focused with responsibilities for performing various CPA/ CPE monitoring and  reporting tasks following standard operating procedures. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: executing key activities identified to support and protect KPMG’s ethical culture, preparing routine and ad-hoc reports for key leadership stakeholders using firm-approved software, performing routine and ad-hoc due diligence, CPA Licensing/CPE monitoring and reporting for multiple business partners, and provide user support for E&C systems. In this role you will add value to the E&C's mission to safeguard KPMG and its reputation by serving as a trusted business partner to prevent, detect and mitigate ethical misconduct risk and potential illegal activity through guidance, training, monitoring, investigation, proactive initiatives, and technical innovation.

​JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

​Service Delivery

• Update the Continuing Professional Education (CPE) status report daily and notify the relevant party that has been added to the Governmental Auditing Standards (GAS) jurisdictions.
• Respond daily to any inquiries within the Confirm Profile mailbox, including resets and extensions.
• Review weekly the Global Delivery Center (GDC) reports for Annual Compliance Confirmation for Section 7 and Section 8 for review and reset

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
• Minimum of three years of recent experience executing a high-volume of data searching, compliance, monitoring analysis and reporting activities in a professional services firm, law firm, corporate or similar environment
