About Us:

SIXT has existed for over 100 years and as the first globally active mobility service provider, we show what innovative products are every single day and what makes excellent service. We rent and lease cars, which are like us: fast, modern, and known worldwide. But we are much more than that. We are an internationally expanding mobility service provider.

Key Task and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for our internal (operations-) process controlling - (Controlling cash box, checking of overdue rental vehicles, reporting on customer satisfaction, fleet processes, branch to do list, health & safety etc.)
  • Optimize process and workflows.
  • Monitoring quality performance by gathering data and producing statistical reports.
  • Constantly analyzing operations processes in all our branches and actively develop and implement solutions for improvement.
  • Frequently reviewing our customer's requirements and expectations and making sure they are met by our branches.
  • Responsible for various operations projects on a national level.
  • Perform branch visits across the country and 'on the job' coaching with branch managers and their teams.
  • Provide classroom training or processes and other topics for our branch managers.
  • Attend to the SIXT Corporate Identity
  • Manage budget of rental locations
  • Assist in setting and achieving Sales measurable targets/goals for team members (Sales, Quality & Service)
  • Identify measures for sustainable increase in customer satisfaction, service quality and reduction in customer complaints
  • Create sales and performance reports
  • Observe and manage KPI'S (utilization, PRD etc.)
  • Implement and observe SIXT service and fleet standards.
  • Observe training status and "Know how" of SIXT employees.
  • Handling On Request and Stop Sell
  • Customer acquisition
  • Monitor competition.
  • Manage sales team, create sales targets, monitor targets, rewards sales team etc.
  • Make use of SIXT marketing and loyalty tools; furthermore, develop them according to market requirements in franchise territory
  • Handle cashbox, check and sign invoices (if not handled centrally via the HQ)
  • Effective Performance Management of the team

Salary shall be commensurate with Qualifications and Experience
