Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Gas Station Manager to oversee the daily operations and activities of our gas station. As the Gas Station Manager, you will ensure the safety and security of the customers, that all employees provide excellent customer service, and that all financial and operational goals are met. You will also be responsible for managing stock, implementing promotions and discounts, and managing staff.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily activities and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner
• Ensure the gas station is adequately stocked
• Manage staff and ensure that all employees are properly trained
• Monitor financial performance and ensure that all financial and operational goals are met
• Ensure that all regulations and laws regarding the operation of a gas station are followed

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a managerial role
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of safety and security regulations
• Able to manage staff and motivate employees
• Able to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management
