Position Summary:

The Rental Sales Agent provides exception customer service to all customers of SIXT and sells additional services and full product range of SIXT wherever applicable.

Key Task and Responsibilities:

• Advise our national and international commercial and private customers in the rental station
• Deliver vehicles to customers
• Receive returned vehicles
• Thoroughly check vehicle status upon rental delivery and return
• Complete transactions for vehicle rental on the front office desks
• Rent our high-class, modern vehicles
• Sell additional services that span the whole topic of car rental
• Selling SIXT's full product range, offering exciting opportunities for ancillary sales enthusiasts
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction whilst adhering to our service standards
• Coordinate our premium vehicle fleet
• Organize the day-to-day in the station
• Manage customer queries and concerns regarding vehicle rental
• Maximize 'walk up' business
• Monitoring reservation and vehicle rental returns
• Reconciling and accounting for money paid and received
• Any other duties assigned in line with your position as Rental Sales Agent

• A minimum of a Secondary/High School Education
• Have previous experience in a sales-driven environment
• Hold a full and clean driving license
• Be computer literate with good keyboard skills
• Be well presented, approachable and friendly
• Have excellent communication skills, both over the phone and face-to-face
• Be able to work under pressure as an individual and as part of a team to meet deadlines and hit targets
• Be able to work shifts, weekends, and holiday periods on a rotation system
• Have a high standard of verbal and written English
• Valid Driver's License
