The Learning and Development Assistant Coordinator will support the communications, deployment of trainings, measurement, and overall customer service to professionals across the KPMG KIG region which incorporates 5 operating entities over 12 jurisdictions (approximately 2,800 total learners).

KPMG in Caricom is seeking to hire a dynamic and motivated individual to join us as a Learning and Development Assistant Coordinator within our KIG Learning & Development (“L&D”) team in our Trinidad and Tobago office. The appropriate candidate will support the communications, deployment of trainings, measurement, and overall customer service to professionals across the KPMG KIG region which incorporates 5 operating entities over 12 jurisdictions (approximately 2,800 total learners).

The Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support learning objectives and outcomes
  • Support implementation, coordination and execution of L&D Programmes and the reporting requirements
  • Assist with the deployment and troubleshooting of trainings for learners
  • Edit and upload training videos to the learning management system
  • Assist in ad-hoc administrative matters, including data collation, sanitization and preparation of reports and/or presentation slides
  • Assist in the review and analysis of learning results
  • Work flexible hours while at the same time having the capacity to accommodate multiple
  • time-zones and work in a global virtual environment
  • Carrying out the administrative tasks to support the KIG L&D offerings’ portfolio
  • The delivery/co-facilitation/producer and collection of KIG L&D course materials engaging in training sessions using Kaltura, Degreed, LIL, & Microsoft PowerPoint, etc.
  • To assist with assigning trainings for KIG employees
  • To assist with all pre- and post-course administration, including sending pre-course tasks to course participants, feedback requests, collating feedback data, compiling feedback reports and updating the feedback analysis spreadsheet; producing course certificates, providing post-course customer service, and liaising with trainers and attendees to collect their feedback
  • Owner of Global Learning Management System, GLMS, to assign all trainings trouble shoot GLMS, and liaison with GLMS Help Desk, pulling reports and providing to stakeholders
  • To maintain and update KIG L&D page on One Intranet – updating quarterly/yearly training calendar, uploading new courses and dates, changing course details, and cancelling courses where required.

The Requirements:

 

  • Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in a related field
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong inter-personal skills
  • Passion for analytics, numerical, and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail

Compensation and benefits are very competitive and will be commensurate with experience.
