Workforce Real Time Analyst

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing and controlling the activities that provide operational support for a business segment or group. Advises business groups by providing strategic direction to initiative prioritization, integration and resource application. Leads process improvement initiatives through use of measurements, accountability, analysis and consideration of process alternatives in order to arrive at best practices

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Administers time & attendance of employees, to ensure accuracy of the work records.
• Monitors employee performance against work schedules and real-time productivity through applications.
• Informs in real-time the WFM Adherence Clerk and/or Supervisor(s) about employees that pass thresholds for schedule adherence and productivity.
• Processes schedule change tickets and requests to the published schedule.
• Processes all changes to published schedules to meet operational business targets.
• Informs employees and/or supervisors about schedule changes.
• Communicates actual performance & productivity of employee KPIs to operational leaders to promote the achievement of KPI targets.
• Typing speed requirement 20WPM

Minimum Requirements:

• Three (3) CXCs including Mathematics, English Language and IT.
• Experience within a BPO/Call Centre environment is an asset
• Minimum of three (1-2) years experience in applying technical knowledge and skills required for the preparation, production and dissemination of statistical reports.
• Strong MS Office Skills Word/Excel
• Ability to communicate information clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing at all levels of seniority, both formally and informally.
• Ability to successfully contribute to team and/or cross-functional team objectives.
