Our Client, Sai Supreme International, is seeking to fill the position of Office Administrator.

COMPANY OVERVIEW:

Sai Supreme International is a leading scrap metal exporting company dedicated to providing high-quality services to our clients. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Coordinator to join our team. This supervisory level position plays a pivotal role in overseeing the field operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our organization. 

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Office Administrator is the supportive force behind our management team. The Office   Administrator is responsible for carrying out a variety of administrative functions in support of set management objectives. The incumbent must be a quick thinker, able to adjust to changing circumstances, and be equipped with a skillset which allows them to offer guidance and suggestions to management as it relates to handling varying situations from an administrative point of view.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Must possess NVQ Level 2 – Administrative Assistance (Minimum).
  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in a previous administrative role will be an asset.
  • Prior knowledge of Quickbooks Accounting Suite will be an asset.

MAJOR TASKS/DUTIES:

  • Manage and oversee daily activities of the office as prescribed by the managing director.
  • Maintain a daily schedule for the managing director.
  • Maintain communications both internally and externally through various medium as prescribed by the managing director.
  • Maintaining records and filing systems for the organization, to include physical and electronic systems.
  • Maintain database of all company related documents while ensuring all are renewed in a timely fashion where necessary.
  • Assist in tracking maintaining company production and expenses daily.
  • Prepare periodic reports on various parameters related to spending, staffing and productivity.
  • Provide additional administrative support functions as per the direction of the Managing Director.

  • Possess a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Possess good communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Possess strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Be a strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision.
  • Be a quick learner with good problem-solving skills.
  • Be able to perform under pressure in fast paced environment.
  • Be able to work outside of regular work hours (including weekends and holidays).
