A well established distribution company is seeking a Territory Executive

Territory Sales Executive

Sell products and services to potential clients, identify specific consumer characteristics and recommend ways to promote and grow your portfolio. This individual should have excellent communication abilities and be highly motivated to meet sales goals. Reports directly to the Trade Execution and Development Manager while liaison with senior management.

Job Duties:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with sub distributors within your territory
  • Work alongside the Marketing department to identify and initiate promotional opportunities within the territory
  • Act as a point of contact between existing and potential retail customers and sub distributors
  • Identify and establish local events in various industry sectors (hotels, bars, etc.) to grow brand awareness, customer loyalty, and overall sales.
  • Identify local business opportunities and challenges
  • Present our products and services to prospective corporate customers
  • Cross-sell products to encourage a respectable range of products are available for purchase from any one customer
  • Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions
  • Answer customer questions about features, pricing, and additional services
  • Work closely with delivery team and other internal teams to meet individual and group sales quotas
  • Collaborate with Territory Sales Executives from different territories to share best practices and support a cohesive sales approach
  • Manage customer accounts to ensure the settling of any outstanding amounts each month
  • Report on regional sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually)

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years work experience sales 
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Resilient with a proven track record in sales
  • BSc in Marketing or Business Administration preferred
  • Minimum of 5 CXCs required
