Human Resource Coordinator

To direct, plan and coordinate Human Resource Management activities of the Company to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as compensation, recruitment, policies and regulatory compliance.

Duties:

• Consult with Managing Director regarding compensation, increases, benefits bonuses/rewards, use and discharge of personnel
• Advise and assist managers on personnel questions and organize hearings of employee grievances and disputes
• Recruitment, selection and orientation for the Company and subsidiaries
• Implement and monitor a company-wide performance management system / Personal Incentive Plan
• Manage employee performance, conduct and behaviour 
• Manages all employee benefit accounts
• Maintain vacation, late coming, sick and other leave records for the company
• Assist managers with training and development of new employees
• Organize all company functions and team building events
• Maintain the HRIS
• Payroll and all statutory remunerations, TD4s
• Update any HR policies and procedures and notifies the staff accordingly
• Manage all PPE, HSE, and safety testing and qualification
• Manage all physical IT and coordinate all IT repairs/ services/ set ups etc
• Any other duties that may be assigned

Educational requirements & Competencies

• BA in Business Management or Human Resources
• IR experience an asset
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar position
• Excellent time management skills
