Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Maximizes effort to achieve sales quotas for the B2B and Retail sales teams, and through Online purchases
Streamlining processes and making recommendations based on observed trends, consumer needs and initiating strategic plans & reviews: Preparing and completing action plans
Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts,
Manage marketing team to develop advertising campaigns, coordinating marketing and sales events
Maintains positive customer relationships; Regular contact with customers via calls and site visits with the sales teams and their customers. Understand customers’ needs, concerns and provide timely feedback and action
Maintains close relationships with the purchasing and inventory team, and their vendors – local and overseas; new product recommendation, optimal pricing and distribution scheduling
Management of sales and marketing teams including:
o Recruiting, training, assigning, scheduling, mentoring, and when necessary, disciplining employees
o Planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions
o Developing effective compensation methods
o Enforcing policies and procedures.
