Work with the employment branding leader, the HR & TA leaders to develop and manage an employment branding strategy for ongoing recruitment efforts, including designing campaigns to meet profiling and hiring targets, researching and implementing new recruitment methods and managing priorities.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Builds, plans, and implements the overall social media marketing strategy.
  • Designs and runs Demand generation campaigns for Talent Acquisition teams. Analyzes social media campaigns, monitors efficiency, and implements optimization when needed.
  • Builds Leads projections based on specific hiring needs. Proposes ads strategies accordingly in order to reach the contribution goal coming from social media channels.
  • Prepares and manages the digital marketing budget assigned locally.
  • Oversee all the company's social media accounts: Facebook, Instagram.
  • Coordinates the creation of digital content that meets the global communication strategy goals and the specifics of the local audience
  • Manages end-to-end digital projects: landing page creation, SEM campaigns, YouTube ads etc. in partnership the Digital manager.
  • Maintains a strong online company voice through social media to increase the visibility of company’s engagement & Recruitment content.
  • Creates editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
  • Constant optimization on Business Manager.
  • Communicates results, insights and suggest optimizations.
  • Continuously improves by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
  • Sends weekly and monthly reports showing social media results and overall performance. 
  • Work independently, to monitor and suggest improvements for creative approaches to improve conversion rates, ROI, and PPC/keyword utilization;
  • Take our reporting to the next level, by analyzing data and recommending solutions to specific problems and better utilizing analytics tools (e.g.: Google analytics);
  • Confidently make presentations and recommendations to the wider marketing team, recruitment and clients (when necessary), demonstrating your unique understanding of this area and opportunities for future improvement;
  • Ensure implementation of your recommendations is carried out and monitor for improvements, making  adjustments where necessary;
  • be passionate about brand awareness activities and digital marketing, and have a thirst for keeping up to date with industry knowledge, changing trends, and advising the wider business stakeholders of learnings.

 

Essential Functions and Duties:

  • EMPLOYMENT BRANDING & SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY 
    Work with the Employment Branding Leader and the HR & TA leaders/POCs to develop and manage an employment branding strategy designed to assist with Concentrix + Webhelp’s ongoing recruitment efforts, including designing campaigns to meet profiling and hiring targets, researching and implementing new recruitment methods and managing priorities.  
  • COLLABORATION
    Work with other functional teams to identify and communicate needs to support Employment Branding efforts – collateral, internal communications, external PR, etc.
  • BUDGET MANAGEMENT
    Work with the Employment Branding Leader to effectively develop and manage the budget to support the TA Employment Brand strategy.

  • Has experience in delivering paid digital marketing campaigns to support recruitment pipeline throughout both markets;
  • Has experience in optimizing campaigns to deliver the best return on investment, through advanced knowledge and experience in campaign and budget management; 
  • Has experience in confidently making recommendations to improve our campaigns;
  • Has experience in providing robust reports on campaign performance;
  • Has experience in making recommendations on platform / channel usage at a country level;
  • Experience as a Marketing Manager;
  • Knowledge in Digital Marketing and Brand Awareness (digital and offline);
