Brand Manager – Automotive Lubricant Division & Barand Manager - Tyre Division
The Applicant will handles all issues related to sales, marketing and distribution of products within the portfolio including day to day management of the sales team working for the brand initiatives.
The applicant/s should be highly motivated individuals. A minimum of 5 years consultative based selling experience in is preferred in the automotive lubricant industries AND OR the Tyre Industries.
Experience selling at senior management levels with a proven tract record of routinely closing deals that are mutually beneficial to Customers/Company.
Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns. Must have an analytical mindset and be able to understand consumer behaviour.
The Applicant will handles all issues related to sales, marketing and distribution of products within the portfolio including day to day management of the sales team working for the brand initiatives.
The Applicant should have excellent interpersonal skills, strong leadership skills, good oral and written communication skills, be computer literate and competent in the use of Microsoft Word/Excel.
Will also be required to manage and control sales profitability of the product portfolio, develop and implement promotional strategies and rationalize the latter with a view to meeting sales growth and market share objectives.
Undergraduate degree in Sales and Marketing is required.
