Logistics & Fleet Manager
JOB SUMMARY
The Logistics & Fleet Manager has the responsibility for providing oversight and coordination of logistics operations having to do with the warehousing, transportation and distribution of inventory.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guiding the care and maintenance of vehicles in the company’s fleet
- Setting performance objectives
- Evaluating and optimizing operational performance
- Ensuring company standards are upheld
- Preparing operations and financial reports
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Operations/Logistics/business administration, management, or a similar field preferred.
- Functional knowledge of ASYCUDA and the operations of the Jamaica Customs Agency
ABILITIES, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of management and leadership experience.
- Open General Driver’s License (advanced auto mechanics training/experience is plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
