Recruiment Specialist - Work From Home (All Parishes)

We’re seeking high-performing Recruiters (contract) to join our team! This is a fully remote position that offers the potential for growth and renewal.

Influx provides customer service for brands and tech companies on-demand, 24/7, every day of the year (including holidays). To achieve this, our operation includes agents and managers working around the globe.

We’re looking for detail-oriented and thoughtful people to join our growing international team!

Responsibilities:

• Support the company’s ambitious growth targets by hiring people on average better than the (terrific) people we currently have.

• Screen, schedule, and interview candidates in accordance with Influx’s talent acquisition process

• Manage candidate communication and expectation setting throughout the recruitment lifecycle

• Update HRIS

• Develop innovative techniques to source and attract qualified talent

• Coordinate across departmental lines with relevant stakeholders

• Coordinate with the HR team in other countries

• Contribute to a high-performance and friendly workplace culture

• Participate in decision-making as a member of the team

Requirements:

• Proven experience in high-volume recruiting

• Experienced with ATS/HRIS and Social Media Platforms

• Minimum of two (2) years of progressive high-volume recruiting

• Ability to work in an autonomous environment

• Strong, reliable home internet service and a fully functional laptop

• A quiet environment to work

• Noise-canceling headset

• Ability to cohesively function as part of a dynamic team

• Excellent communication skills, including written and spoken English (Fluency level)

• Internet Speed of 40-50 Mbps / Upload Speed - 19 Mbps 

• System: Windows 10 or more. 32 -bit Operation system

• RAM 8GB or more

• Processors - Intel Core i5 or up

• Laptop (No Chromebook, Linux OS, or Desktop)
