We are currently looking for the right talent to fill the position of:

Inventory and Warehouse Manager

Job Function:

Design and manage inventory management systems to maintain up-to-date inventory information.

Be familiar with all products distributed and sold by the company, their proper use, and their storage requirements.

Review retail and distribution sales reports and update inventory records as needed to meet company accounting standards and requirements.

Plan, coordinate, participate in and execute all stocktaking activities as scheduled.

Plan and execute regular cycle-counts for high-value and fast-moving items.

Conduct spot checks and regularly schedule inspections of all storage areas.

Develop and enforce protocols for packing, storing, rotating, and removing products from all areas that form the overall Warehouse.

Be familiar with the First In First Out (FIFO) method and ensure goods are pulled in keeping with that method.

Develop and implement department SOP’s, policies, and other processes to best support daily functions.

Qualifications & Professional Work Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business Administration.

Certification in Inventory Management would be an asset.

Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in a Warehouse environment.

Must be able to lift at least 40lbs.

Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal/Written).

Strong Time Management Skills.
