A Cabin Attendant is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our onboard passengers. He/ she must also deliver the ultimate customer experience by providing consistent in-flight passenger service that is efficient, courteous, prompt, and always on brand.

A Cabin Attendant is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our onboard passengers.  He/ she must also deliver the ultimate customer experience by providing consistent in-flight passenger service that is efficient, courteous, prompt, and always on brand.

The successful candidate will be required to meet ALL of the following:

  • Possession of five (5) CSEC/CXC/ GCE Ordinary level passes, including English and Mathematics or a high school diploma from an accredited institution;
  • Proof of Citizenship and a holder of a CARICOM Passport;
  • Possession of a CSME Skills Certificate from any Caricom nation in the Eastern Caribbean and Guyana;
  • Two (2) years customer service experience;
  • Proficiency  in English (speaking and written); Proficiency in Spanish or French is an asset;
  • A valid Flight Attendant Swimming Certificate or a valid Swimming certificate at level IV from a recognised swimming school;
  • A valid First Aid Certificate from a recognised institution;
  • Measure a minimum height of 5’ 3” (without shoes) and a maximum height of 6” 2” (with shoes) with weight proportionate to height; and
  • Basic competency in Microsoft Office applications, in particular MS Word and MS Excel and MS Outlook.

You must be able to identify potentially hazardous situations and take the appropriate action to maintain a safe environment.  You must demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and the ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve goals.  You must demonstrate excellent English language proficiency for clear and effective communication with crew members and passengers.  Your ability to exercise situational awareness and reasoning skills and manage stressful situations will be evaluated. 

You must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
