We are seeking a suitable qualified, achievement oriented, team player to fill the position of In-Market Sales Associate (St. Lucia).

About this role

The In-Market Sales Associate manages out brand and key relationships in the target markets to ensure achievement of strategic objective and target revenues.

Key Responsibilities Includes:

• Develop, refine and execute long and medium-term plans for all brands.
• Ensure all key accounts equipment, signage and marketing materials are functional and up to date.
• Ensure execution of annual contractor conversion campaigns and marketing and promotional activities are for Key Accounts.
• Ensure Marketing and Sales Budgets are aligned with company's strategic objectives.
• Protect and grow brand equity in target market segments.

• Diploma in Marketing or Business Studies.
• Minimum of 1-3 years' working experience in similar role.
• Must be customer focused with high level of professionalism .
• Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and work with a sense of urgency.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and Microsoft A X.
