About the Roles:

The successful candidate will be part of a robust Mid-Manager program and will be placed on contract for an 18-month period. Candidates will be offered in depth training and if successful in completing the program full time employment will be offered for the below roles:

 

  • The Private Banker is part of a team of investment and private banking professionals within Private Wealth Management team and has responsibility for effectively managing client relationships where the existing deposit base or potential credit need is in excess of US$500k and the majority of lending falls outside of normal risk rated credit, or greater than US$500k in investable assets.
  • Manager, Business Banking manages a portfolio of up to 100 business banking customers by meeting their total personal and business banking needs (clients typically defined as having commercial credit needs up to USD$250,000).
  •  Senior Relationship Manager, Sales & Platinum Banking acquires and maintains a portfolio of high net worth clients, portfolio of which could consist of Domestic, International and Corporate clients. Delivers a high level of service and personal attention to the Bank’s affluent clients, with the aim of developing significant sales and new business, covering banking, and under supervision, investment and fiduciary services. 
  • Associate, International Corporate Banking provides support to the Manager / Senior Manager, International Corporate Banking with relationship services to a portfolio of clients from the major international corporate banking sectors of captive insurance, funds industry, liquidations and insolvencies, holding and trading companies and other complex corporate structures. 

 About Success:

• Maintains current market outlook on the competitive environment, comparative benchmarks and changing market conditions and knowledge of the country portfolios, client industry database, regulatory issues, and the impact of political or economic trends to manage any emerging risks or make recommendations for focus areas / sectors for growth.

• Manages and monitors the regional credit portfolio, credit quality, reporting delinquency, expiries, adherence to service level agreements and other key performance metrics to identify any deteriorating risk profiles either at the client or portfolio level.

• Reviews & develops credit related guidelines, business procedures/ credit policies in conjunction with CIB / IC management teams and Risk Management, providing recommendations for approval of amendments to existing / new policy initiatives to ensure that credit policies, processes and procedures are well documented, relevant, and updated in a timely manner.

  

About You:

We require candidates with:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Actuarial Science or related discipline (Master’s in related fields a bonus)
  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience in the same or similar field/occupation
