The Process Analyst is primarily responsible for ensuring optimum service delivery is achieved in successfully creating process documentation/workflows, knowledge articles and self-service guidance for Business Leaders.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Process Analyst is primarily responsible for ensuring optimum service delivery is achieved in successfully creating process documentation/workflows, knowledge articles and self-service guidance for Business Leaders. Collect and document ​business requirements for project and process improvement/automation efforts. Facilitate process workflow modeling to collaborate on process improvement.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Service Delivery

• Lead process working sessions across HR and HR Operations utilizing standard Business Process Methodology (BPM), with Business Leads and HR Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
• Gather, organize, and analyze current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Train Business Leads and SMEs on how to document process in areas where SOPs are not present
• Create current state IBM Blueworks Live process maps utilizing company related process
• Conduct gap analysis between current state HR process maps and align to Company framework/ industry-leading practices
• Train Business and SME’s on how to utilize IBM Blueworks Live

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any other related field.
• Five (5) years of relevant work experience
• Lean/Six Sigma experience a plus
• ​Operations experience (Finance, Payroll, etc) is advantageous
• Business Process Management (BPM) experience, to include understanding terminology and leading practices
• Process mapping experience, specifically using a tool such as Visio, ARIS, or Blueworks Live
• Understands proper SOP documentation and structure
