Overview

Bel Poule Inc. is currently looking for a Poultry Production Supervisor with the overall responsibility of managing the Poultry Processing Plant thereby achieving the company's strategic goals and objectives.

Poultry Production Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Follow and enforce all established policies, procedures, and recognized practices
• Oversee production staff schedule; assign and oversee all tasks
• Assist in taking physical inventories following Company and Department procedures
• Coordinate with the maintenance on the preventative and emergency maintenance required for operational equipment
• To assist with staff recruitment appraisal and disciplinary actions
• To provide positive motivation to Production staff to keep the project running smoothly
• Monitor the efficiency of the production line to ensure timely distribution
• Maintain proper storage for material and product inventory in the warehouse

Qualifications/ Requirements:

• High School Education

• 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management role
• Demonstrated leadership skills in a manufacturing environment or related field
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
