FREEZER SUPERVISOR

Job Summary

• To oversee the general operations of the freezer and supervise the team.
• To handle the recording and maintaining of goods including all inbound/outbound stock movement.
• To ensure the reinforcement of standards relating to production, productivity, quality and internal customer service.

• To oversee the efficient operations of our freezer while leading a dedicated team. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining records of goods, managing inbound and outbound stock movement, and enforcing high standards in production, productivity, quality, and internal customer service.
• To record and manage goods, tracking all inbound and outbound stock movement.
• To ensure the enforcement of standards in production, productivity, quality, and internal customer service.

• A minimum of five (5) CXC passes including Mathematics and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Certificates in Business Management, Supervisory and leadership skills. Warehousing knowledge will be an asset.
• A minimum of five (5) years supervisory experience.
• Product knowledge of produce and chilled goods.
• A minimum of two (2) years forklift experience with forklift certification.

• You will play an essential role in supporting warehouse operations by performing administrative duties to facilitate warehouse operations.
• You will ensure that all reports are consistently updated in a timely manner.
• You will monitor and update the progress of picking tickets.
• You will process transfers to manage inventory effectively.
• You will have five (5) CXC passes including Mathematics and English and a minimum of One (1) year inventory control experience.
• Certificates in Business, Supervisory and Management, Office Management, and Warehousing would be an asset.
