Experienced Restaurant Manager - must have Micros/Simphony POS experience
The Manager's responsibility is to plan, direct and oversee all bar & restaurant operations including managing staff, ensuring product and service standards are met, implementing, and maintaining procedures for maximum operating efficiency. Before, during and after service, providing warm and friendly customer service that contributes to the overall customer experience. The successful candidate Must be proficient with Micros/Simphony POS. The Manager must be able to properly, and regularly, assess and utilize the data from the POS system in guiding the operation and direction of the restaurant.
