Deliver quality products to all customers in a timely manner while ensuring operational efficiency and customer service excellence based on established standards of performance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. You are required to accurately deliver to customers by each established deadline, fast foods purchased from Popeye’s Limited, Burger King Limited and Little Caesar’s Pizza Limited via the internet or call-in application.
  2. Ensure accurate monies are transacted for deliveries (receive accurate payment and give accurate change).
  3. Timely and accurate use of the HelloFood application ensuring updates are given to the Call Center and Customer as required.
  4. You are required to deposit all payments received, excluding tips received from customers, accurately and at the time required with the Store Supervisor or his/her designate on duty before leaving the store at the end of each shift.
  5. You are required to maintain the Restaurant’s dine during periods of non-delivery, assist customers as required and ensure all marketing flyers are shared with customers/potential customers as needed.
  6. You are required to wear your full uniform at all times while on duty.
  7. You are required to be courteous to all customers during your interaction with them.
  8. You will report to your Supervisor, the Delivery Manager who will assign work to you, check your, provide feedback to you, and evaluate your performance and behaviour at work.
  9. You are required to obey, at all times while on duty, the road traffic laws and road traffic regulations of Trinidad and Tobago.
  1. Conduct safety checks on vehicle daily or as required to ensure safety standards are met.
  2. Assist in other related areas of work based on the needs of the department and any other area as necessary in support of Company activities.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Insured Vehicle in good working condition
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Customer Service Focused.
    • Excellent problem solving, leadership, and customer service skills.
    • Analytical, efficient, and thorough.
    • Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure and navigate tense situations, especially during busy hours.

QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE:

  • 3 to 5 CXC Passes including English Language and Mathematics
  • 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Computer/Information Technology proficient
  • Valid Driver’s License – Class 2 or 3
